All buyitthru.com pocketbikes and gas scooters have a 7-day parts warranty, providing that all proper prep work has been completed. The Manual page has all the necessary information on properly prepping your Gas Scooter or PocketBike. Reading and following the * Manual * page is simple and mandatory so as not to void your Warranty! Gas powered racing scooters and rocket pocketbikes must be maintained properly as our * Manual * page directs, or the 7-day parts warranty is immediately voided. No exceptions.
The 7-day parts warranty covers the motor, all of its major metal components, carburetor and the frame under normal intended use. This parts warranty covers manufacturer defects only! The warranty does not cover Operator Abuse or Shipping Damage, No exceptions. Meaning the gas scooter or rocket pocketbike is guaranteed to work for 7 days. After that you have to pay for any repairs or parts that are needed. If you receive a gas scooter that has a problem right out of the box we will send you parts that are needed to fix the gas scooter or pocketbike. This is not normal but it can happen. Any situations that have not been stated in this parts warranty are not covered. Damage due to misuse or abuse are not covered!
